Grant Award

The ageing home of Dr. John B. Radford received a $5000 grant award from the C. E. Richardson foundation. The grant will be used to stabilize the building.

Arnheim Gets New Roof

Arnheim Roof Repair

Arnheim, a historic Radford landmark and the home of the city’s namesake Dr. John B. Radford, is getting its first major makeover in decades. Using funds provided by the Community Development Block Grant program awarded by the city council, the Radford Heritage Foundation has hired locally owned Woodworks Inc. to replace the roof and do some exterior repairs.
