Books:
All donations of books or other materials become the property of the library and may not be added to the collection, but may be sold at the Lamplighter Book sale held quarterly the first full weekend of February, May, August and November. Lamplighters cannot accept textbooks, malodorous or mildewed items.
Volunteer:
Money and materials are not the only way of contributing to the success of the library. To volunteer you will need to complete a Volunteer Application form. If you have questions regarding volunteer opportunities, please contact the Library at 731-3621.
Join The Lamplighters:
The Lamplighters are the “friends of the library”. Contributions from the Lamplighters fund the Summer Reading Program as well as special events and purchases, regular programs and staff education. Annual membership dues are $10.00 for the calendar year (January – December). Contact Lamplighters at P.O. Box 827, Radford, VA 24143. The quarterly book sale is organized and staffed by the Lamplighters.
