Adult Mixed Martial Arts

This class incorporates a wide variety of combat skills to teach you how to defend yourself. You’ll develop coordination, power, timing, and quick reflexes all while getting a great workout.

Age Requirements
The minimum age for this class is 15 years old.

Curriculum
The curriculum in this class rotates between the following arts:
  • Kali/Escrima: Filipino stick fighting with knife defense and weapons training
  • Jeet Kun Do (trapping and kickboxing): Bruce Lee's fighting style with speed and sensitivity
  • Muay Thai Kickboxing: The science of 8 limbs with striking, defense, and cardio
